Standing hamstring stretch

I do one similar but this one looks worth a try.

From what I can gather you hold the stretch for 90 seconds at a time with the aim to have your leg taking as much of the weight as possible rather than your arms.

not sure i can see the value in that one over the other 10 or 20 variations i already know

I found the weight of your upper body added to it with gravity pulling you down.
