Have been diagnoses with metatarsalgiain the third & fourth toes. Not pleasant & has been on going for a number of months now.

yes, but what specifically.....basically that just means theres a problem in 3rd and 4th toe, could be fractured, bruised, tendon etc

Inflammation/bruised. No breakage from what the podiatrist said. A lot of it caused through excessive walking & footwear that wasn't fit for purpose.

Have a few battle plans to correct the issue(s) but I'll liking how everything that's been going on this past couple of years with my injuries/issues seems to all be interlinked.

Enjoying also where all the research is taking me.

shame there arent more posties showing major foot damage......would be good to see whats what

I bet there is but they aren't me with my OCD tendencies & the way I'm always aware of when something isn't quite right. They'll just put it down to old age & not something slowly crippling them.

Had a small reduction in pain, but its taken two weeks to do it.

Back to 10 mile hikes from Monday so we'll see how the recovery goes once that's back into the daily mix.

Some mild improvements. Having days of little to no discomfort with days of it being uncomfortable rather than outright agony.
