I enjoyed the comments made about not only stretching the foot but how other areas effect it. Alot of times it seems people focus on 1 area

Also the part of insoles. Used to reduce pain. I remember from the egoscue book about pain is yellin you something, first reduce or get rid of the pain then we can get to work

Yeah, a lot more "specialists" seem to be cottoning on to the idea that the area of pain isn't necessarily the main culprit but just the bodies way of telling you something has gone wrong along that chain.

If you let me know which specific ones you'd read & would like follow ups I'll reread & sort something out as I start with all good intentions of doing a series on something then get side tracked or completely forget..

I'd be intrested in anything to so with conditioning. Was a good article you wrote about intense and steady state. But a good guide on balancing strength training and getting fit ad conditioned to be able to say compete in sports

Will be updating part 1 in the next few days as there's some stuff I wanted to put in but forgot to as well as some clips & links. Going to be a bit of a "project" is this series. Lots to cover & wade through.

Okay I'll get my thinking cap on.
