I don't normally look much at set out programs. But a 4 day program is always tempting to look at. Massive variety in exercises through the week. Something I've never been a fan of. Think I like simplicity.
However someday I need to try something like this. Maybe after the comp when there is a decent amount of time between the next comp to see how it goes.
Although because I'm a div I wouldn't like to not bench or deadlift
