whats everyones thoughts on this
some say high incline above 45 degree & some say you only need to be at about 30 degree angle

im training at about 30 degree at the moment & it seems ok & think the higher you go the more your gona bring the shoulders into it ?

I always go less than 45. anywhere between 45 and flat feels good to me.

definately less than 45, infact 30 to 40 max for me

I would say anything from a 2 inch pice of wood under the bench to 40% is about right...for me anyway...
