Nope, read about them, but the panic mode breathing put me off trying...
Nearest thing I`ve been to it was the good old breathing squats....
Reps:
1-5 1 breath between reps
5-10 3 breaths between reps
11-15 4 breaths between reps
15-20 5 reps between reps..
Have lso done the above with either 3 breaths or 5 breaths between reps for all 20 reps...
