cant take cod liver oil tabs (repeat on me)

Put them in the fridge to cool down then have them mid meal, this should do the trick....

And I would up the gelatine to everyday and see how that goes...

You need to up your fish oil intake to atleast 6000mgs a day..

I will have to wait for a mate to bring over my fish oil tabs............really expensive here and too expensive to post from uk.... only another month 1/2

I realise the geletine bit...........its finding the right mix / blend of the bits i take without it getting too expensive

It was a tip Rob gave me...I think its to do with stopping the capsules breaking before hitting the stomach, and keeping them cold sort of solidifies them slightly...
