because i have a bad knee (some osteo arthrosis) i have problems and pain doing squats of any kind, lunges and leg presses.
At the moment i do some leg presses and have been working on light zercher squats.
I can squat heavier with leg wraps, but it will probably be anti-productive.
What i would like to know is, if i do leg presses to about 1/4 of the way down (its a bit lower than that) will i get any benefit. I will actually go to the point just before the pain starts.
I can do leg extensions, but still get pain just before the last 1/4 of the movement...........so what about partial leg extensions?
