So i have made a plan, I leave india, then 3 weeks hard core training to shock my system, loose some fat, then after my two week hols i start a power lifting type routine to get my stregnth up to a decent standard, then after that ill either cut if i have put on too much fat,slowly so i can hold on to my new found strength, then ill concentrate on building some size, with my ultimate goal (for now) of being 16 stone with a low bf % (want to see at least 4 abs lol)
So, sound sorted? I have been lifting weights for 10 years, (im 26) but i have never properly bulked, only used weights to help me shed fat. Whilst doing all of the above I'd like to fit in another goal if its possible.....
I'd like to add width to my shoulders. Can tyhis be done during the above plan or should i wait until i have finished the power lifting routine? Also does any one know more good shoulder widening exercises? i use the following right now for shoulders
wide grip upright rows
side lat raises
shoulder press (hammer strength machine, seated facing the machine)
rear delt machine
