yea it is owen mate hows it going? small world eh! well im living in leeds at the moment and training at Bad Company Gym its ace, if funds allowed i'd be there all the time! Hope your ok Mate, good idea with the swinging

I just had a hunch it might be you. You were talking about maybe doing some Muay Thai or similar last time we spoke.
I've heard that Bad Company is a good gym - I've seen a lot of fights on videos and 'night of combat' with their fighters on.
I haven't done much recently, been too much into my Kettlebell lifting (check out my section 'Mark's Alternative Methods').
