He's removed his photos & videos from his BodySpace account. No one knows why yet, he has become a bit of a cult figure. Maybe he's just adding to the mystery? Great physique though.

His diet ideas are great! I eat raw eggs too ( not with the shell :shock: :oops: ) that is one of the best ways to get pure protein

raw eggs would need to be heated (20 secs in a mirco?) to get rid of that enzyme which stops the body absorbing all the protein....... something like that if I remember.

also when you say 'pure' protein, do you mean 'only' protein?

No, I mean protein in its natural form. Cooking sometimes damages the enzymes that cause the protein to be absorbed into the bloodstream immediately. I got that from weston price ( his website gives a lot of good nutritional tips)

yeah but in the case of raw eggs there is an enzyme that needs to be blitzed first otherwise you'll be wasting a lot of the protein. cant remember what its called..... bump this one for cookie..... or sanga they'll know what its called.

Ok......

Eating raw eggs............

Not such a bad thing overall BUT too many can be a bda thing if used excessively...

Check out mercola.com for more detailed info on them...

The microwaving is to destroy any bacteria that MAY be present in the egg not the avidin...

The avidin interferes with absorbtion of biotin but I`m sure I read somewhere that if your diet was high in B vits (I think it was) then you shouldn`t have much of a problem, plus there is suppose to be plenty of biotin in the egg yolk to compensate for this...

Cholesterol levels...........

Raw eggs used to be fed to burns victims to help them heal quicker...You need cholesterol for a whole host of things from hormone production to helping your body repair itself so plenty og it is needed...The body produced about 40+grms of the stuff a day which is a heck of a lot more than people eat....

The cholesterol and bad heart myth came about after studies done decades ago when eggs were fed to rabitts, well rabitts are veggies so obviously it will bang their bad cholesterol levels up so those syudies are flawed...

Most of the people you`ll see with bad cholesterol levels are usually the ones who eat a lot of cards/sugars with their fats.....

If I`ve missed anything out Tak I`m sure will fill in the blanks, dot the i` and cross the t`s... :grin: ;-)
