Random thoughts....................... :-k

Trying to piece together the info recently gleened about the potential for GH et al secretions with the use of hypoxia & the *possible* chance of extra hormonal secretions IF you used the POWERbreathe device first thing on a morning as soon as you awoke and the body has the ability to secret hGH at this time...(Think Bbers et al injecting GH upon rising).....

This then ties in this this article on powerbeathing & hGH release.

If all this is correct and we think well yeah it will help to secreate a few extra droplets of natural hGH then it all makes sense (to me anyway) why we have so much of the stuff still stuffed in the gland when we are dead, its all there to be secreated BUT it needs the stimulus from us before it is released into the bloodstream etc. :-k

Somthing else to add o he mix.....

The added use of upplements to increase hGH............

I`ve attached a pdf with some interesting points on GABA, my only trouble with its use pre workout is that it tends to make you a tad lethargic which isn`t great if your doing cardio to stimulate hGH. I am then wondering if there is a specific point immediately after the hypoxia induced hGH response you could take a small amount (buccal wise) to further enhance that responce :-k

These are the bits I have found

Arginine doseage - 5g to 9g no higher.

BCAAs - at least 2g pre exercise, in short as much as you can afford.

Arginine isn't just used for NO response - it appears it will increase GH response, and act in a synergistic manner with BCAAs / EAS to improve muscle growth and reduce/stop exercise induced catabolism.

Simple things can be done to improve conditioning... Yup... You guessed it... Green Veg...

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1763 ... d_RVDocSum

Why you need green veg ^^^^

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1829 ... d_RVDocSum

^^^ Arginine + EAS improves muscle mass in the elderly (They are synergistic)

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1809 ... d_RVDocSum

^^^ Arginine at rest improves GH response

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1749 ... d_RVDocSum

^^^ Low Dose Arginine + BCAA reduce Catabolism (technically proteolysis) (< 3g)

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1694 ... d_RVDocSum

^^^^ Arginine improves palatibility of BCAAs (Orginine is better)

Theres a recent study which shows Niacin+Glutamine+Glycine can improve GH in the elderly, but not much other research on it

How about...

Wake:

PreTabatas: BCAAs(10g) + Arginine(5g)

Tabatas: (Fasted state, barring BCAAs + Arginine)

Post Tabatas: BCAAs(10g) + Arginine(5g)

I would have to watch it with so many BCAAs in such a short space of time as I found out when in Scotland too many give me the shits real bad

May have to just try the post tabatas dose first to see how I react :-k
