Have to say now that I went through that cycling home from work is easier as I keep telling myself when I get tired up the hills, "it is nowt compared to the rowing" :lol:

Iv got to say all this has got me interested in using a power breath, the main reason is to help with my asthma

If the funds can stretch to it other the next few months i might invest, so much stuff i want to get, more weights chains oh the list goes on!

They do a version aimed at asthmatics which is less resistance than the wellbeing which is the easiest model.

Have a scoot rouind the net as plenty of places do sales on them quite often.

I have the fitness model which is classed as level 3

Nah that was what they recommended for *active* people.

They do an ironman version which looks brutal.

The one I have Tak blasted to bits on the top level with ease :shock:

If this is all correct & above board then more clarification that what we on this board where trying to achieve through our hypoxia experiments were 100% true & acurrate.
