Well worth it in my opinion & you can normally find it quite cheap from one of the amazon traders.

Just been read that the main character in the above book ( Caballo Blanco ) has just died. Apparently he'd gone out for a run & was missing for a few days before being found dead.

R.I.P.

Reading this at the moment & its pretty good. Well written & at the moment leaving me never ever wanting to use a supplement again.

The main focus of the book is about Victor Conte, BALCO & the introduction of ZMA to the masses. What its showing is how easy it is/was to use a natural "supplement" as your main marketing focal point to make masses of money yet hide all the crap that is really going on behind the scenes. I'm only part way through the book, pretty worldly wise when it comes to people using drugs in sport but this is seriously opening my eyes to how drugged up professional sports people are.

I find it funny when speak to people and they think drugs arnt used at all at high levels.

That book does sound very interesting!
