A friend from work turned me onto that one. Great for getting your head on straight, thats for certain.

just downloaded 'The Atheist's Bible' thats quite good. Training wise I really liked 'Never Gymless' by Ross Enamait.

Hi!
I just want to add the "Singles & Doubles" books from Matt Wiggins (workingclassfitness.com) to the list.
Interesting books. I ordered them some months ago and still do some exercises (especially Deadlifts and Clean & Push Presses) with singles and doubles only to really add some weight to the bar.
