reading that has just reminded me i bought either the same or similar book at xmas or one of the times i was in uk atleast and since we moved i must have mislayed it

will have to search it out and post up if its different

it had some great exercises and stuff in it

One book i would add would be starting strength by Mark Rippetoe

Probably the best book iv read on the 3 basic lifts

So much detail, if your starting out or just for some tips to keep your form in check

Beyond bodybuilding also a worthy read, first half good second half poor too much for the bber not the strength athlete in that part of the book..imo

One of the best books that is out now is LEGACY OF IRON. :cool: A remarkable Classic. :smile:

Feats of Strength and Dexterity by Charles McMahon
Sandow the Magnificent by David Chapman
Any of the "Modern Weightlifting" editions By George Kirkley or Al Murray
The Development of Physical Power by Arthur Saxon
