been using a flexible bar for some instability work
this with two blue bands suspending 2 12kg kettlebells .......... we have used it in other exercises, but decided on mini complex
bicep curl to reverse military press to front squat (sort of revers clean hand position)
well just done 5 x 5
and i can feel it in all the muscles worked
its an extrem vibration through most of the movement............it has to be done steady
i would love to get a couple of bars like the one i have that could cope with extra weight,maybe even with oly end pieces, though i am not sure how flexible they would be with different weight
this is tough with only 12kg bells
got to get camera sorted so can post this sort of exercise up again on here and you tube
