Dinnies for 40

"My Dinnie goal for this year to celebrate my 40th year is to lift them 40 times unassisted (No straps). Mad? Yes. Achievable? Only time will tell. As Cliff Harvey says, "If you shot for the stars and reach the moon, you will still have had an incredible journey. Wish me luck."

I seem to recall David Horne having Dinnie ring lifts as part of the memorial comp he runs every year. One hand for reps, big ring beats little ring. He lifted it a silly number of times (could have been 15 to 20). Shows that his hands were up to the task. 40 reps with both stones deserves respect!
