stuff i quite like in training

once the stones have been lifted i am planning on doing more hi speed work and some of the stuff on this video is quite good, some is medium high risk and some is too high risk even for me, but i like some of it




you notice all the gyms that have videos like this are always empty when the vids being shot.....................wonder why that is??

@ 1:35 region they pinched that idea off our Spartan squats video I did a few years back [-X

Quite liked a couple of the barbell complexes.

Do you think the stuff they showed would have an cross over benefits to sport?

yeh to a degree,.......proprioception, balance, speed and power ect

some of that stuff was fantastic.
lots of high risk movements, like you mentioned but very impressive.

some brilliant variations there very imaginative

i think they could be quite good for sport performance, but if im being critical the jumps and cleans should have full extension of the hips and not tucking the knees though, imo

the second videa is great aswell, i think there is more for sport specific stuff in there

Never done much reading/researching of his methods but he looks like he turns out some very strong guys.
