just ordered 2 x 16kg girevoy kettlebells for the gym, to go with the 8kg pink one

since i decided to "part" open i have had atleast 1 person per weekday come in and join or enquire and i still havent advertised

going to start posting the gym info on a few of the directory style sites now see how that goes

maybe talk to a few rugby clubs and a fewe local MMA clubs

How long till you can fully advertise?

DEPENDS ON THE PLANNING PERMISSION anything up to six weeks


tbh i am happy as i have to close for a day to go to LIW then close for a few for scotland so once back from that would be good if i need to..............at this rate may rely on word of mouth

mentioned it to a PT on facebook yesterday, had 3 people come see it in the last hour and maybe more too, ......not had time to eat my paella yet

pt came in too............he is going to possibly bring some clients in as well as train here himself


had another guy from a forum come in too
