The Gym 2010.....finally...the construction starts!!!

officially took the keys as of july 1st theough it took 5 hours on july 2nd to clear out the crap that was in there

pictures and video on phone, i will down load and upload to here some pics and a couple of small videos of the space as it was with all the junk in there


some work will be done on gym this week, but not much

friday i am going to pick up 2 new 2.5 metre power racks and a 35kg log and have sorted out some big heavy tyres (100kg +)

signage is designed and should be ordered monday

plasterboard for some work also will be ordered monday


i have a bid on 2 atlas stones if thats successful i will have a 50kg and 80kg, if i dont win them then i will arrange to get some down from up north soon (ish)


havent decided on colours yet, but will probably be red and blue, plus the whit that already there and the open brick work look thats there too

ordered the signage...should arrive wednesday

ordered plasterboard and plywood for lifting platforms.....that should arrive wednesday too

signage for the gym went up today, theres still 1 more sign for rightbat the front of the warhouses to go up and a large banner with arrow to go uop the fire escape stairs

spent 3 hours doing not very much at the gym this morning waiting for delivery to arrive...it didnt so cancelled until nect week, going to pick up 2 2.5 metre power racks tomorrow along with a 35kg training log and hopefully 4 really big heavy tyres.....than saturday we start loading all equipment out of storage and into gym.........2 weeks of things starting to take shape.............also phone line is going in about 26th july so will have internet and phone there then too

will get pictures of tyres and power racks over the weekend

up at 3.15 to leave by 4 am to drive to oldhame, picked up a nice looking log and piece of scaffold pole then on to manchester to pick up my 2 power racks the bollocks i think, then dropped it all back to gym then on to pick up tyres, got 4 decent size and a slightly smaler 1 for sledge hammer work in a week or two they will bring me to really nice large heavy tyres too

now got to load all the mats on to the van ready for a 7 am start tomorrow
