watched the chilterns strongest man show today and the log lift was 110kg log for reps....best was only 7 reps. some interesting techniques
the one cookie has is about 70kg......i cleaned and pressed that and the log i have is only 36kg so will need to add a few plates per side..........i would luike to be able to push 120 over head before scotland trip...........
