Great, I guess I should expect a video of you "wagging your tail" next :butthead:

Seriously, they are some good simple exercises that will help. However, a lot more is needed in the long run.

I`m might have to film that :-k

Think the basics are covered which for a lot out there would help tremendously. Start throwing more at them & then you run into the chance of people over complicating things.

Yes, for the average Joe I agree. However for anyone on this board I think it is just the tip of the iceberg.
