Im wondering if u guys have an idea where can i find somes. She usually did bodycombat but now shes bored and want to do something diferent. Any ideas of exercises or workouts or jumps or whatever exists for womans that its close of bodycombat that she could like? Also to burn fat pls, everyday she complains about her weight U.U
If its not close to bodycombat doesnt matter. I just want ideas to give them to her and then she could get exited about it and get in shape again.
