Well, today is the day :lol:

Sam69 and Cookie will be winging their way up to Scotland to lift some stones. Cookie has his laptop and I'll be meeting up with them at some point so we'll be keeping the progress updated on the new blog : http://www.spartan-warriors.co.uk/training
