Any chance of a few pointers with this heart rate training stuff?
The goal would be to increase and measure (somehow) general 'army dude' type fitness via running. I can get my Max HR, working HR, resting HR worked out no probs, I know how to get those.
If I went for 3 sessions per week what length of sessions would be best and what zones should I run in and what do I record HR wise to measure progress?
also I was gonna buy this model, what d'ya think
