Yeah 3 sets of 5 mins of grappling sure as hell takes it out of ya at the end of the session

Keep your fish oils refrigerated or they`ll go off.


I didn't know that, I will need to put them in when I get home!

the caps go pussey if refrigerated..............so i am assuming cookies on about oil in a bottle.....may be wrong, but my caps are still fine

I found that if they are stored in a bag they go softer once the amount goes down in said bag but other than keeping them in the fridge has two benefits.

1) stops them from light & heat ruining their nutritional value

2) helps to reduce the chance of fishy burps

advised on cool dark place...........works, never had much problem with fishy burps
