I hate buying "mineral" water for various reasons.

Had a metal one before & as S69 posted, there "seems" to be a metallic after-taste/smell with the water.

Some research me thinks :-k

Snazzy website

Concept is good, whether it does what it says it does is another thing.

so its a filter that means you can re-use your plastic bottle?
Dunno about the US but tap water up here is pretty good. Theres a lot of tests on our tap water at every stage of treatment which there isnt on bottled water.
Mineral water has less than a quarter of the tests done on it than our tap water.

Bottled water is a big money maker....... that tends to mean we get screwed over along the way.

I don`t like buying bottled water for the very reason its overly priced & environmentally does more harm than good.

Used to have a Britas filter & you did notice a slight difference in the softness of the water, our water here is not overly hard, but other than that only noticed a difference in my wallet.

For general lifting, crossfit and track/sprint type workouts and everyday use I use a Nalgene Bottle. easy to clean, you can beat the hell out of them and they dont ever have a funky taste. Plus they are BPA free(cancer causing agent in most plastics). I have both a small mouth and large mouth bottle. http://nalgene.com/

Then for long distance Rucking(army backpacking) I use a camelbac because its alot of water and requires no effort to get to while walking(crucial for time requirements). The downside to these is they always, always taste like a garden hose, no matter what.
