Camel back, look good but I don`t do enough distance yet to justify getting one.

the longest I ve ran for is about an hour, so Ive never really needed to have water with me. maybe get one of those in the future though.

Theres a bit in karnasez's book where he orderes a pizza while running  he also gets the pizza guy to fill his water bottle with coffee!

Why does that not surprise me

I don`t take in any water on my runs because I aint covering enough distance to justify it. Was looking more in terms of the "supposable" claims about the chemicals used to make plastics & their effects on the male hormonal system.

I went to glass a long time ago.
Obviously not good in certain situations, but for general training and everyday use it works great. The best one I found is a 1.5L Martinelli's apple juice bottle. The way the neck is shaped is perfect for carrying.

Of course you have to put up with a hundred or two "moonshine" remarks

Glass is good but possibly not practical for work.
