TBH they are all much of a muchness

good complexes are a great part interspersed with hard sharp cardio, ........... even some of the boot camp style workouts will help (not so much the british military fitness ones) the ones that use tyres and kettlebells etc

complexes can be made as tough as, by adding weight or reps...........though

bisping trains up at strength and conditioning centre in manchester they put up some clips of his workoputs there

a good circuit class would also work............but should be an advanced class

that will work ..........keep the exercise fast and steady too

complexes are ............ say deadlift, bent row, clean, military press, back squat...........done for 5 to 10 reps each exercise with no stopping

man maker.........with sand bag or kettlebells of dumbells or possibly a bar bell would be a single clean to press overhead to zercher squat to burpee out to press up to burpee back ..............1 rep then repeat as many times as possible.............theres a mass of variations
