A journal would be Great, I don't mind laying down my progress or lack of and frequent changes of what I believe to be the answer. How many times have I said "this is the way" and "I have given up drinking" but its true this time.
I have goals of a 227.5kg(501lbs) raw squat, don't laugh it must be possible so many seem to do it in BDFPA
137.5kg(303lbs) bench, possible
Deadlift whatever I can pull after that, don't seem to have a figure in mind.
Kettlebells I am going off, I have age not experience no technique and less flexibility every year

ME Lower built up on Zercher squat sumo stance, Maxed at 160kg. Not too shabby for a first attermpt at Zercher.
This is the 150kg lift filmed to check form.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BOR-7VlQkg
followed with GHR
back extensions
sissy squats
ABS on bands
KB swing
Whatever felt right mainly 15-20 reps 3-4 sets
