saturdays bootcamp

Tomorrows (birthday) boot camp should be interesting 48 seconds on 12 seconds off (4x12=48) for 4 sets of 12 exercises in all three areas.......theres a theme, Oh yeh 48!!!! ....drinks afterwards (local pub)

going for a few beers after the session with afew from the gym which will be different ....... not had a "works" type outing for about 20 years


the bootcamp should be interesting too with the "48" theme ................LOL
