I will stretch and do dips to warm up.
Then if it's benching week I will flat bench 5 sets,
Starting with the bar (20x), then
Put 10kg on each side (12x), then
Put an additional 10kg on each side (10x), then
Put an additional 5kg on each side (10x), then
Put an additional 5kg on each side (max reps about 4-5)
Remove the 10kg and (max reps usually about 12-15)
Move onto incline same as the above
Move onto decline same as above
And then I move to incline and flat flys
I do 5 sets of dumbbell and cables of (10 reps)
Then I use the machine incline and press like two sets and stretch
thats over 400 reps just on chest and the dude wonders why he isnt growing
