Went over to Loz,s Training Centre saturday to try out the equipment for next saturdays competition

90kg axle for reps in 75seconds

Tyre Flip 10 flips as quick as poss 300kg tyre maybe 400kg tyre

Medly Drag sled/car for 20mtrs 200kg Load sand bags 75kg per bag 2 bags

Farmers 25mtrs for fastest time 100kg

Super Yoke 25 mtrs 270kg

Fingles Finger 3 flips 170kg 200kg..............these are toughest i have seen

Stones Novice 110kg over yoke reps in 75 seconds

the comp is being held in a covered polo field so rain or shine it will be ok......theres drinks and food at the polo club bar

as its for charity Loz has managed to get some decent sponsership deals and interest from local radio and Tv which will be good for "strongman" in general


Baz came along to test his events, unfortunatley for Tomaz he didnt make it which will mean he will be at a disadvantage as this will be his first comp and hasnt really tried the equipment there.....hopefully he will still do well


I have been asked to be one of the judges on the saturday which will be cool
