What a joke! Man these people are recycling everything to make a buck.

Parrillo has been probably the biggest mainstream advocate to really push fascia stretching. He has been doing it for years, not sure on Gironda, really never studied his training principles...for no particular reason.

There is so much recycling its beyond a joke. I see it everywhere even in established circles, which I have nothing against because its good to keep this information out there. Maybe even build upon it but I do wish people would give some credit to where they got the information from or who they are basis it on.

Gironda is well worth studying. He was onto what the Russians where doing before the Russians knew what they were doing  So many similarities its untrue. But Vince was very poor at getting his ideas across in an easy to read/understand manner. He wrote quite a bit on overly pumping the muscles to encourage the splitting of the muscle sheath with his 6x6 & 8x8 rep/set systems based entirely on that mechanism. Even his "giant sets" principle of 4 exercises done right after one another with limited rest for a single body part had the effect of blowing that muscle group up to insane levels when done strictly.
