Hi there,
I've been going to the gym now for maybe 2 years on and off, just a cheap high street gym. I don't really have a set routine that i've stuck to as when asking for advice and researching the net on how to train I get told different things which confuses me. So I have basically just been doing my own thing... I don't think i've seen results.
I usually go 3 times a week and what I do is as follows:
Bench press > Deadlifts > Squats > Rows > Dips > Shoulder Press
After that I usually get on the cables and do bi's and tri's then work on abs for a bit to finish off.
I need to start training for the Paras 10 next year which is 10 Mile Military boot and 35lb bergan run!
My aim of training is to bulk up a bit more, and just be generally stronger all over.
I know in myself that I haven't been pushing myself to my limit everytime. I am getting more determined to push myself and see results!
If anyone has any advice or help for me would be much appreciated!
I'm joining New Spartan Gym soon to train in it looks very promising!
