Rip 60 for gym

just ordered a "rip 60" suspension trainer for the gym.

havent really been a fan of trx style suspension trainers, mainly because the 3 sets of gym rings do the job ok

but saw the rip 60 at the LIW sghow and a great price for an item that has the flexibility of TRX with the added advantage of being able to have a free run

Just seen that TRX are all the rage at Anfield :shock:

rip 60 is way better and cheaper IMO
