unfortunately by the time he gets into a gym his body wont remember how to hit that position!

So true.

I can see it with the kids I help at rugby & how they seek to find the path of least effort already at such a young age. Even just doing basics like burpees or lunges.

I don't know if my body ever hit those positions, even out of the womb. I think I missed that phase and went right to least effort....now I am paying for it...damn hip flexors.

3 or so years back I picked up some wrong advice regarding starting the squat off & this has really hammered my lower back & I've been paying for it & now trying to rectify.

With all the rehabilitation work I'm doing my squat poundage's are about those of that baby but technique is vastly improved & for the first time in years I'm actually feeling "rock solid" in the bottom position.

Damn dude, I recognize the calves n the vid, and glad you got some real shoes, but the rest ???? What the heck are you taking? I heard GH is good at anti aging but I had no Idea it worked that good :mrgreen:

Seriously, glad you got your squat form figured out and your solid again. It is amazing how much even the slightest changes effect the whole chain.

Body wants to go one way, brain says another.

Having to get everything videoed so we can see what is going on properly.
