Pink bunny slippers I hope.

I apologize for the abbreviated comments of late, keyboard is about shot, stalling

How is your overhead squat? Do you have issues with it?
What about side lunge?

No worries. Stop being so tight & get a new one

Not done those in quite a while but they are down on the to do list for videoing to see what is happening.

Painful & takes a few reps to warm up. There are issues with the Adductors as they insert into the groin & a need for greater mobility & flexibility.

Form check after a lot of mobility work.

I can still see some issues so lets see if everyone else sees what I'm seeing.

Bar placement is good. Hand position is very good - closer is always better. I think, and I'm speaking really as a Powerlifter here, that you need a wider foot stance and to turn your toes out more. Depth was really good.

Thanks Chris.

Foot width was one of the things I was thinking about as well. Some experimenting could be on the cards to see how my hips cope as the stance gets wider.

Getting better. Working hard on the flexibility issues & have found the way I hold my head effects the way I drive back up quite a lot.

Been having one of the kids squatting a lot recently & their technique puts mine to shame  Talk about a natural squatter. Up to 80 lbs already for a 3 reps

Its been the way the weights have increased this past couple of weeks that's blown my mind. At their current rate they'll be doing 100 lb squats in a couple of months easy.
