Who's done them, what did/do you do & recommend for beginners?

big question.....done lots for lots of different things, got 4 books on the subject

2 newer 1s i have are

High powered plyometrics and jumping into plyometrics i got both from Amazon as seconds only paid about £1 for each

Seen one on ebay very cheap but also noticed it had a DVD to go along with it on other sales. Considering hanging fire & buying both the book & DVD package in a few weeks so I can see the movements in motion rather than just in the book.

That way less chance of me over thinking & interpreting the book wrongly.. :lol:

havent seen the dvd, I BOUGHT IT AS IT WAS ABOUT £1 WHEN I DID LOL

most of the books off amazon i buy are used in good condition and never more than £5
