Thought that through my research I would post links extra to articles or reads that I find intresting and some of you might.

As some may be aware I'm looking at into mitochondrial myopathies specifically MELAS and looking how to slow down and reduce effects.

Anyway, this is a intresting read about mitochondria, its brief, and also good for those maybe progressing in age etc.
