hit a fairly easy 220 deadlift , not too shoddy considering the lack of training over the last year or 2
think i have a 230 there, this time i tried 230 and moved it a couple of inches then tried again too quickly and managed about an inch then dropped down to 226 and got about 4 or so inches, but it wasnt coming
not bad considering too that i have a chest infection and a strained lung
