core work after lifting or separate days?

would doing core type circuit affect recovery on rest days? or it be ok?

I do stuff like that as part of a warm up.

You could use it as active recovery but you'd have to keep the intensity/volume low.

i tend to do core work on lifting days after rest of stuff, but i have a pretty strong core so its always low intensity stuff planks on a ball that sort of thing
