Since getting the Plantar Fasciitis I noticed my own circulation went down hill or could have been going downhill beforehand & that's a cause of the condition. The Physio wanted to do a course of acupuncture after the last session of ultrasound to help reduce the inflammation I've gotten in the foot. Had acupuncture in the past & I found it did have a calming affect on the body. Some of the points were pretty painful

Interesting that he mentions Bruce Lee using EMS. Been looking at those for a few years now & never gotten round to buying a newer unit. I did have one but never got it back when I lent it out.

I've gotr a tens machine but need some pads, not sure what a ens is tbh so will look.

I've been tempted for a while to in future look at some form of care for the body to help it along.
