Could not get the video to work, but realize that some discs you just can not self manipulate and there are a ton of very harmful self manipulating techniques out their that do more damage than good. But on the flip side, there are ones that work great.
Again, can't comment on these techniques without seeing the vid.

Video works fine for me :mrgreen:

I think like everything self manipulation of the muscles, joints etc can have negatives as well as positives. Hell I had a lad I knew who bar hanged for too long & torn his lat. :shock:
