Epsom salt baths

Used these for years & do find a benefit. Anyway was reading something today & it suggested adding in a cup of sodium bicarb with the 2 cups of Epsom salts.

Anyone else used the bicard with the salts?

New one to me, I add bicarb to the water I boil my eggs in to change the ph and make them easier to peel (brown eggs) how that translates to the human body is a question

never heard of that, the commercial epsom salts i have used for well over 20 years now, always with great success

I added some last night but didn't have enough in the house for the full dose & the supermarket had sold out The change of the PH may help with absorption of the salts.

Now if only that were true. I've seen more traffic go through a no go zone than this place some days
