Mate I train with maybe giving rugby a go as the lads who train have been tryin to get him on.

Just wo served fit was wise what's good, endurance and sprint work I suppose

What are best ways and standards

pre season a fairly decent endurance base, able to run 3 miles is enough

sprint work, plyometrics and SAQ work

Was asked a couple of weeks ago if I was up for training another guy to get back into rugby. The more the merrier.
