I'm after some opinions in training twice a week
Can it be done and have strength or mass gains?
I would assume total body training would be the way to go?

I was looking at doing gm work and event split as used to love event days. Hmmm maybe I need to re think or even experiment with all ideas for a bit

I'm doing gym work with 531 ATM and started making good gains tho just squat and press then day two dead and bench as wendler states
Does the last part mean about alternating 1 week oly lifting and 1 week strongman? Could that work with a day of strength and then a day alternating or is that same? As that would be great fun

After your suggestions in unsure if to change from how in doing it ATM and maybe jut throw in the odd strongman or oky liftng day now
I just want to know web rotherhams novice comes along next year I'm good to go as well as doing the other strength sports I enjoy and getting there benefits
