well in that picture the girl hasnt got knee forward far enough so its at optimum height for rear leg, if she had her leg forward more then she would have been in optimum position with a bench higher than that

its a polquin article so i think hes off with it .... but only because you can jigger around with where the front foot is to account for height of rear leg

Interesting answer. I'll mull it over cos I know there's Q's in there I want to get out & can't because I'm getting ready for Pilates. :lol:
