Some I've started listening to are

The performance podcast which is will Fleming and coach dos so good for weightlifting
Ron mckeefrys iron game chalk talk
Brendan chaplins atheltic development podcasts although a lit of recent ones were in selling for the conference
Viking strength tho not listened to much

Mark put wine in the clubs Dropbox which will fe worth a listen

Following some of the advice off Dr Parsley's podcast on sleep I've got some 5-htp, D3 and ZMA as my sleep stack with a sleep mask on the way to help block out as much sunlight as possible now that the longer days are now here and the bedroom gets swamped with sunlight at the wrong time of day.

A lot of info on how sitting wrecks havoc with you.

One for S69. Stick with it because I know what you're like [-X some interesting stuff on the feet and affecting things like the sciatic nerve plus some really good bits on R.I.C.E and the use of NSAID'S.

To be honest, Kelley Starrett is saying (in a better way than me) pretty much what i already know/believe. To me its basic common sense.

Some little bits extra too that are good, interesting too.
